My design service starts with listening.
I want to understand the vision you have for your new home and how it fits with your lifestyle, the size of your family, and the activities you enjoy. Every one of your thoughts is important as we work together to design your home.
I use a sophisticated computer software program that enables me to show you your design with 3D layouts of every elevation, including the textures of your exterior finish. Changes can be made easily at this stage and a variety of ideas can be explored with little expense. This is where your dream home starts to become a reality and it's good to know you have the opportunity to fine tune your plan before you start to build.
I give you a final number you can count on.
The computer software program I use to design your home enables me to calculate the exact amount of materials and labor it will take to build it – every nail, every stud, every shingle. That way I can give you a firm construction cost you can count on...start to finish.
I also make sure I understand the quality and design preferences you have for items like flooring, lighting, cabinetry, and plumbing fixtures. It's important to me that your allowance figures for these items are realistic so you have no unpleasant surprises when we're ready to add these amenities to your home.
With almost every project there will be change requests made along the way. You will find me very accommodating to your wishes. I am straight forward in giving you cost estimates and I will wait for your approval before proceeding.
